THE VOID: FINDING VALUE IN NOTHING
This is my master's thesis
I spent a year of my life doing nothing and convincing other people to also do nothing. This was part of my master's thesis at the Products of Design department at the School of Visual Arts. The body of work I created during this year became The Void: Finding Value in Nothing. The objective was to reframe the role of absence in our daily lives. The result was a 260 page book, an experience on the subway, a mobile app, a useless beneficial product, visions of the future, a lot of cement, a lot of silence and a change that caused me to wear the same thing for 228 days.
